Free-tier budget & why it exists
Cloudflare includes 10,000 Neurons/day free (resets 00:00 UTC) — Neurons are their GPU-compute unit, metered per model. Llama vision transcription costs ≈30 neurons/photo, so ≈ 330 photos/day free. 1000 photos ≈ 3 days free, or ≈ $0.35 overage on Workers Paid ($5/mo). Requests (100k/day) and Pages bandwidth are effectively unlimited for this. The live estimate above counts ≈30 × processed so you always know where you stand.
